Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP Represents New Age Beverages Corp. in $12 Million Credit Facility

Press Release – New York, NY – August 24, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented New Age Beverages Corporation (NASDAQ “NBEV”) in a loan and security agreement with Siena Lending Group LLC which provides for a $12 million aggregate principal amount revolving credit facility, which is subject to availability based on eligible accounts receivables and eligible inventory of the Company.  The Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP team was led by Partners Gregory Sichenzia, Marcelle Balcombe, Counsel, Kimberly Boler and associate, Grant Levine.
