NEW YORK, April 8, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New York- based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. as sole underwriter in a $10 million secondary public offering for Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“CYCC.” NASDAQ). The underwriting was pursuant to a prospectus supplement to an effective S-3 registration statement. The offering consisted of 2,857,143 shares of common stock at an offering price of $3.50 per share.
