Anna D. Chaykina

Anna Chaykina is an Associate at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP (“SRFC”) in its Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets Practice Groups. Ms. Chaykina advises clients on IPOs and other securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, including SEC/34 Act filings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and transactional matters.

Ms. Chaykina is fluent in English and Russian.

Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP, Ms. Chaykina was an associate at Carmel, Milazzo & Feil LLP, which merged its practice into SRFC where she advised clients on corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on initial public offerings and other securities offerings. Anna practiced law for domestic and international law firms in Russia advising clients on a variety of matters including international M&A transactions, corporate, commercial, and employment law matters.

Ms. Chaykina received her LL.M. degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law.

She earned her M.B.A. degree in Marketing Management from St. John’s University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business

Ms. Chaykina received an LL.B. degree and a B.A. degree from St. Petersburg State University (Russia).

Ms. Chaykina is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

She is admitted to practice in Russia and licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant from Russia in the State of New York.
