Press Release – New York, NY – October 10, 2016 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that it has represented 3DIcon Corporation (“3DIcon”) in its acquisition of Coretec Industries LLC (“Coretec”).
3DIcon acquired all membership interests in Coretec, adding, to 3DIcon’s volumetric display technology, a vertically integrated business segment with market-disruptive applications in improving (i) battery life cycles, (ii) wide area LED illumination, (iii) cost and performance of solar energy cells, and (iv) performance of printed electronics.
In consideration for the purchase of Coretec, 3DIcon delivered stock consideration of 4,760,872 shares of 3DIcon’s Series B Convertible Preferred Stock.
