Inc., as sole Placement Agent in a $1 million secondary public offering for Arca Biopharma, Inc. (“ARCA” NASDAQ). The registered direct offering was pursuant to a prospectus supplement to an effective S-3 registration statement. The offering consisted of 2,436,599 shares of common stock at an offering price of $0.391 per share and warrants to purchase 1,827,449 shares of common stock.
