NEW YORK, June 12, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New York- based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented J.P. Turner & Company as sole underwriter in a $4.0 million secondary public offering for Authentidate Holding Corp. (“ADAT” NASDAQ). The underwriting was pursuant to a prospectus supplement to an effective S-3 registration statement. The offering consisted of 4,257,895 units of common stock and 4,257,895 common stock purchase warrants at an offering price of $.95 per unit.
