NEW YORK, January 8, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New York- based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented Aegis Capital Corp. as sole underwriter in a $4.0 million secondary public offering for Intellicheck Mobilisa (“IDN” NYSE MKT. The underwriting was pursuant to a prospectus supplement to an effective S-3 registration statement. The offering consisted of 8,947,000 shares including the underwriter’s overallotment option at an offering price of $.45 per share.
