NEW YORK, June 19, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New York- based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented Aegis Capital Corp. as the sole underwriter in a $1.8 million public offering for CollabRX, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLRX), a provider of cloud-based expert systems designed to inform healthcare decision-making. The underwriting was pursuant to a prospectus supplement to an effective S-3 registration statement. The offering consisted of 913,500 shares of common stock valued at $2.00 per share.
