Michael D. Nacht is a litigator and Counsel at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel (“SRFC”)

Mr. Nacht is an experienced litigator and has successfully represented clients of diverse industries, ranging from record labels/musicians to mobile application developers.  His successes are largely attributable to his exceptional ability to understand the intricacies of his clients’ businesses and industries, as well as his aggressive litigation tactics.

In addition to his litigation services, Mr. Nacht provides general corporate counsel to his clients, advising on entity structure, licensing and compliance, including negotiating deals and structuring transactions.  He also provides guidance relating to intellectual property, helping clients identify, create, monetize, and protect there assets.

Michael is also active in SRFC’s securities litigation department where he represents individuals, businesses, brokers and broker-dealers in all phases of securities litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Nacht earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School in 2011, after earning his undergraduate degree from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University in 2008.

He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
