Kennedy McCann

Kennedy McCann is a paralegal at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel, LLP (“SRFC”). Kennedy assists SRFC attorneys with general corporate and securities matters, including company incorporations, SEC Form D and blue sky compliance, limited and general partnerships, and filing management.

Before joining SRFC, Kennedy worked for a domestic law firm assisting in Form D and blue sky filings for domestic and foreign companies as well as heading the email compliance review team.

Kennedy earned her Bachelor’s degree from New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
