INTRODUCTION
Jay K. Yamamoto joined the Corporate and Securities Department of Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP in January 2011. Mr. Yamamoto represents issuers in corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing transactions (PIPEs), registered direct transactions, public offerings and other securities offerings. In addition, Mr. Yamamoto advises companies and their boards on securities law compliance, corporate governance and 1934 Act reporting requirements.
Mr. Yamamoto is proficient in Japanese.
