INTRODUCTION

Ms. Knight is an Associate in the Firm’s Securities Law, White Collar & Investigations, and Business Litigation & Arbitration Practice Groups.

During law school, Ms. Knight was a research editor for the Hofstra Law Review, co-authored an article for the New York Law Journal examining insider trading penalties, and published her Note discussing Blockchain litigation in the Hofstra Law Review. Ms. Knight also represented indigent defendants in district court during her time in Hofstra’s Criminal Justice Clinic.

In addition to her current areas of practice, Ms. Knight’s professional interests include Blockchain litigation and compliance.

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Knight’s professional includes arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, broker-dealer compliance, commercial litigation, government and regulatory investigations, and securities litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior to her current position, Ms. Knight served as an intern at the Firm during the Summer of 2019.
