INTRODUCTION
Brian Margolis is a seasoned corporate and securities lawyer with over three decades of experience at several AmLaw 100 law firms. His practice focuses on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private placements, and other financing transactions, representing both issuers and financing sources. Brian provides strategic legal and business counseling to both C-Suite executives and boards of directors regarding corporate governance, complex business transactions, SEC disclosure issues, fiduciary obligations, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, and other corporate and securities law issues. He has represented both domestic and foreign companies in all stages of development, from start-ups to publicly traded companies.
