Benjamin E. Sklar, Esq. is an experienced corporate securities attorney in New York and an associate at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP, where he advises companies, investors and bankers on all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), private placements, and other business transactions.
Benjamin has extensive experience on day-to-day legal matters, including entity formation, general contracts, and public and private equity financings. Benjamin also advises broker-dealers on SEC and FINRA rules and regulations.
Benjamin grew up in Houston, Texas and now lives in Long Island with his family.

Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP, Benjamin was an associate at Sulliven & Worcester LLP in New York, where he advised clients on corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on securities offerings of Israeli companies in the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Benjamin served as a Paratrooper in the Israel Defense Forces as a Lone Soldier.
Benjamin received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2021 and graduated from Amherst College in 2014, where he played linebacker on the Football Team.
