Barrett S. DiPaolo

Barrett S. DiPaolo is a member of the Corporate and Securities practice groups. Mr. DiPaolo has 30 years of experience in a broad range of disciplines, including securities, IPOs, finance, project finance, M&A, venture capital, municipal finance, reverse mergers, corporate governance and corporate philanthropy. Mr. DiPaolo also advises boards of directors and senior management in finance, treasury, legal, compliance, risk management, corporate communications, investor relations and human resources groups.

Mr. DiPaolo also has extensive experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; secured and unsecured borrowings, structured financings, project financings and other financing arrangements; strategic investments, acquisitions and joint ventures; venture capital investments; public company reporting obligations; and corporate governance matters and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Mr. DiPaolo joined the firm as a partner in 2019.

Mr. DiPaolo has 16 years of in private practice and 14 years as in-house counsel at global public companies in the industrial/technology and financial services sectors.

Mr. DiPaolo received his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1989 and an A.B. in Classical Languages from Harvard College in 1986.

Mr. DiPaolo is admitted to practice in New York.
