Avital Perlman

Avital has extensive experience representing public and private companies, start-ups, investment banks and investors in all aspects of corporate transactions, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing transactions, SPAC IPOs and de-SPACs, registered direct offerings, public offerings and other securities offerings. She also advises public companies with respect to their SEC reporting and compliance with Nasdaq and NYSE regulations. Her international experience includes cross-border transactions with Israeli, Australian and Canadian issuers.  She has represented clients in a wide variety of business sectors including manufacturing, real estate investment trusts, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, software, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and financial institutions.
