New York, NY – March 31, 2015 — Marc J. Ross was a keynote speaker at the 134th National Investment Banking Association’s Annual Conference. Addressing an audience of investment banking firms, capital advisors, and broker-dealers, Mr. Ross spoke about the conflicting legal environment that marijuana-related businesses currently face, the financial considerations for both marijuana companies and their investors, and the future of the rapidly changing medical and recreational marijuana industries.
Mr. Ross is a founding partner of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, an adjunct professor at Hofstra University School of Law teaching a class titled the “Business and Law of Marijuana”, and a regular speaker on marijuana and marijuana-related businesses.
