(SACC-New York) in its member magazine after representing Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB, a Swedish biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative treatments within human and animal oncology, in the company’s U.S. underwritten public offering of American Depository Shares. This marked the first Swedish uplisting to the U.S. NASDAQ capital markets.
Mr. Nisser, who was born in Sweden, concentrates his practice in international and national corporate law, with a particular focus on U.S. securities compliance, public as well as private M&A, equity and debt financings and corporate governance. He is in frequent contact with representatives of the NASDAQ OMX Group, particularly in Stockholm, and has represented several Western European as well as Canadian entities in cross-border transactions. Mr.Nisser is fluent in Swedish and French and conversant in Italian.
