Evan Cappelli is the Corporate and Securities Department Managing Partner and manages operational and strategic initiatives for the department.
Experience
Mr. Cappelli has experience in a broad range of public and private debt and equitysecurities offerings, as well as advising clients on corporate governance and SECcompliance matters.
Mr. Cappelli has over a decade of experience as a capital markets and securitiespractitioner. Prior to joining the firm, he held several positions with prominent globallaw firms, most recently practicing as special counsel in the corporate finance andsecurities group at Milbank LLP. From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Cappelli was recognized asa Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Education
Mr. Cappelli received his J.D., magna cum laude from New York Law School in 2012,where he was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar and a member of the New York Law School Law Review.
