Wainwright & Co., LLC and Joseph Gunnar & Co. as joint book running managers in a firm commitment underwritten public offering of equity securities of LabStyle Innovations Corp.
The offering consisted of 1,333,333 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 1,533,333 shares, including partial exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. Each share of common stock and warrant to purchase one share of common stock were offered at a combined price to the public of $4.51.
