PrivateRaise, a service of The Deal, ranks the top investment managers, placement agents, investor legal counsel, issuer legal counsel and placement legal counsel by the total number of placements advised during that quarter. The Deal also interviewed partner Greg Sichenzia in its special report analyzing the quarter’s PIPE market activity.
