NEW YORK, March 8, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New York- based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented Aegis Capital Corp as sole underwriter in a $5.8 million secondary public offering for Netsol Technologies, Inc. (“NTWK” NASDAQ). The underwriting was pursuant to a prospectus supplement to an effective S-3 registration statement. The offering consisted of 14,500,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $.40 per share.
