NEW YORK, October 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — New York- based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented Rightscorp Inc. (OTC QB: RIHT), a software company that monitors the global Peer-to-Peer file sharing networks for illegally downloaded digital media, in a reverse merger and $1.0 million private placement financing. Sichenzia Ross advised Rightscorp, Inc. in selling and issuing units for a purchase price of $0.50 per unit, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and a five-year warrant to purchase one share of common stock with an exercise price of $0.75.
